After I transferred money via bank transfer, my account got blocked (apparently KYC - how about doing KYC before I transfer money?). Fees might be lower than in other places, but you might lose your money. Bad experience - looks like some scam unfortunately.
The process and support is good. It is a pity this plattform did not act proffessional, even after years in the market. A couple of times payments are pending for days, limits are put down without reason, credit card fees are very high to avoid credit card payment, buying prices are higher then on other plattforms. I am a client since 5 years and still do not trust this plattform. So I am avoiding much as possible to use it. I will try to find other solutions to cash out.

This company doesn’t even deserve a one star. A staff member named Dean Kent is absolutely unprofessional and has left my nanna with no information whatsoever on how to deal with collecting her money. They are asking her to get a BTC (bitcoin) wallet for shares which makes no sense. I’ve tried to contact the company but they are “closed” even though they close at 5:30pm and previously called her around an hour ago. I do hope to be contacted further on this issue so my nanna can either get her money back in full or with further HELPFUL instructions.
Worst platform ever they try to steal from you they return you 90% if you want to refund i do not recommend it
My first experience with this kind of service was relatively straightforward. Not expensive for small amounts and pretty secure. Gotcha: if you want to make purchases over 100$, be sure to create your account well in advance, in order to release the rights for it. Very helpful chat.
Secure but unavailable in the weekend. e.g. want to buy coin X and haven't yet before, you have to wait until after the weekend since the process involves them having to clear your buy. Safe but tedious, do not recommend.
